JBS Mechanical Ltd is a team of professionals dedicated to the provision of plumbing, heating, mechanical and renewable energy services. The company is divided into three main divisions, each of which covers specific project scopes. New Build Housing for national and regional developers as well as social housing providers. General Works encompasses projects for the public and local builders in Gloucestershire. And finally, our major works are where we undertake large mechanical installation projects all over the UK.

The company has two managing directors at the helm, Jordan Smith and Sean Felice. In 2022, Jordan and Sean will mark ten years in their business partnership. They are supported by a dedicated, highly qualified and hard-working team of over 25 members of staff.

New Build Installations

Working with a wide range of national and regional developers is an invaluable part of our work at JBS Mechanical. Also, it is a pleasure to work with grassroots social housing providers, which allows us to provide high-quality housing that meets the needs of local communities.

Through our extensive experience in the plumbing and heating industry, we have been able to design, supply, and install plumbing and heating systems in over 1,500 new build houses and apartments over the past decade, resulting in many repeat customers.

For Contractors...

Mechanical Design & Installation

As a part of our Mechanical division, we are able to offer the complete design & installation package. It includes plumbing, heating, electrical work, ventilation, sprinklers, and dry risers for both newly constructed and previously occupied buildings. As a general contractor, we have project managed the refurbishment of a number of large buildings, including large offices, student accommodation, schools, and apartment blocks. Additionally, we have been involved in the refurbishment of many commercial buildings over the past 10 years.

We offer a free, no-obligation quotation service for every new customer where we discuss your requirements and complete a survey together. This will enable us to provide expert advice for your brand-new bathroom installation. We also offer extended warranties of up to ten years on a number of top boiler brands including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Ideal.

With more than ten years’ experience installing renewable energy systems and energy-efficient technologies, JBS Mechanical is a leading provider of renewable technologies.

Our company specialises in providing complete solutions for the design and installation of Solar Hot Water systems (SHW) for the new build/construction industry. This includes ventilation systems (Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery and Mechanical Extract Ventilation) and heat pumps (ground and air source).

Additionally, JBS Mechanical offers renewable energy installations to local authorities, businesses, commercial and social landlords, along with new build projects.
